Dear friends,
I just finished sending all the teams and the first thing that I want to say out loud is: Sorry.
It has been a difficult year with way to many delays of all sorts, from supplies to transports. And also the increase of price of everything, specially the postages.
So, I hope that, after you have received your miniatures, with the same quality as always, you can enjoy painting and playing with them. We used the same resin, with high resistance that make them durable and ready for any game, league or tournament.
And because of this, I want to compensate your great support on KS so anything that could happen (anything broken, torn package or piece missing) please send me a mail to [email protected] and I will
quickly sort it out with a new piece. Even if time has passed and you realice of anything missing, even if your son/daughter or your pet decided to hide one of them from you or the miniature itself decided to run amok, I will replace it with no costs, because,as my backer, I will try to give you the best after sales possible.
Once again, many thanks for all the support and patience, and we'll meet soon in the next KS.

Hi guys, you will have noticed we are locking your orders and charging your credit cards, so that´s because we are ready to ship your rewards!!
We will start next week so you will receive your miniatures very soon.
Some of you maybe are getting messages from Backerkit about your orders, it seems haven been some issues with the locking process, so we are locking those orders manually. We hope that solves the problem, but if you keep getting those messages or you check any other issue, please comunicate with us using the email [email protected] and we wil fix it

Hi guys, we are pleased to announce Pledge Manager is finally here.
With the production of most of the miniatures and the rest of the stuff of the campaign done, is the time to launch our pledge manager, so you can choose your rewards and add any extra product you want to your order. Late Pledge option will be also available, so if you know someone who missed the campaign, this is the moment they can join it!!
Test surveys have been sent, so if all works right we will send the rest of surveys along the day. You will receive an email with your link to Backerkit, so you can manage your pledge, pay for the shipping costs, add your shipping info and, if you want, increase your order with any other product you want.
